I'm leading aquatic and camp operations at Burlington Hall Sporting Club, overseeing recruitment, scheduling, payroll, staff development, programming, budgets, pool maintenance, and regulatory compliance.

Previously, I led aquatics at The Boulevard Club and Aqua-Tots Swim School, creating lesson and leadership schedules, delivering staff in-services, strengthening safety practices, and developing programming that reflects community needs and industry trends. I've also partnered with private clubs and community facilities on drowning prevention and Swim to Survive initiatives.

My background includes swim instruction, deck supervision, personal training, water safety, and fitness counselling. I focus on safe, inclusive member experiences while helping staff build the skills and confidence to succeed.
