At Southland Leisure Centre, I work as an Aquatic Lead, Lifeguard, and Swim Instructor. I monitor pool operations and help ensure safety protocols are followed.
I prepare schedules and payroll, support staff recruitment and training, and help organize staff meetings. I also support program scheduling, shift coverage, and facility documentation.
I handle patron inquiries and service de-escalation, perform cashiering and cash reconciliation, and provide first aid as required. My certifications include Standard First Aid, CPR, AED, National Lifeguard, and ProServe Liquor Staff Training.
