I seek a safety-focused compliance leadership role where I can drive regulatory programs, optimize fleet operations, lead teams, and implement continuous improvement in AV or trucking environments.

I am a safety and compliance leader with over six years in fleet and autonomous vehicle operations, focused on program management, mobile maintenance oversight, and regulatory alignment with DOT, OSHA, EPA, and FMCSA.

I lead field teams, manage technician scheduling and vendor coordination, and run driver monitoring and incident investigation programs using HFACS-based methodologies to reduce repeat events and refine training through KPI tracking.

I launched and managed DOT and fleet programs (permitting, IRP, IFTA, preventive maintenance), directed the transition from autonomous SUV operations to trucking, implemented vehicle lifecycle tracking, and chaired a company-wide Process Improvement Board to drive operational excellence.
