I act as a primary driver advocate—assessing individual needs and operational preferences to improve driver satisfaction while strengthening protocol adherence and reducing incidents. I also direct real-time dispatch and logistics communications, bridging fleet operations and account managers to sustain 100% customer satisfaction.

Before my current role, I worked as a Safety/Permit Specialist, maintaining compliance through regular audits of CDLs, medical certificates, background checks, and motor vehicle reports for up to 100 drivers daily. I also audited Electronic Logging Device (ELD) data to ensure drivers stayed within legal driving limits and required rest periods.
