I’m seeking a leadership role in fleet operations or logistics where I can strengthen safety compliance, mentor drivers, improve processes with fleet software, and grow in a collaborative, accountable organization.

I am a headstrong, well-disciplined fleet manager with over 10 years leading dedicated fleet operations. I ensure DOT compliance and maintained one of the safest fleets in a major logistics operation while optimizing performance with fleet management software.

As the primary liaison to clients, I resolved service issues, led safety meetings, coached drivers, and coordinated maintenance to reduce downtime. I hold an associate degree in Computer Information & Technology and a certificate in Horticulture, and I am eager to learn, adapt, and contribute disciplined, compassionate leadership to a safety-focused team.
