I'm currently leading the Mersaco / Feetness branch in Dbayeh, where I monitor budgets, expenses, profitability, sales targets, and day-to-day branch performance.
I lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver strong customer service while resolving operational and technical issues quickly. I also contribute to brand selection and store variety based on customer demand.
Before becoming Branch Manager, I served as Assistant Branch Manager at Mersaco / Feetness, supporting sales strategies, reporting, marketing initiatives, recruitment, and onboarding.
My earlier experience at ABC Sal Group includes Senior Cashier and Sales Associate roles, where I handled POS issues, trained cashiers, conducted cash-desk audits, managed customer concerns, supported inventory accuracy, and exceeded monthly sales targets.
