What I'm looking for

I seek a senior labor/employment counsel or labor relations leadership role where I can lead complex bargaining, arbitration, policy development, mentor teams, and partner with stakeholders in a collaborative, compliance-focused organization.

I am a results-driven senior counsel with extensive experience in labor and employment law, civil litigation, and administrative law. I hold a Juris Doctor and am licensed in Ohio, and I advise leadership on CBA interpretation, compliance, and high-stakes negotiations across public and private sectors.

I have first-chaired 100+ labor arbitrations with an over 80% success rate and achieved 53 No Probable Cause outcomes out of 54 external Title VII investigations. I lead teams, develop labor strategy, design training, and partner with stakeholders to deliver pragmatic, risk-conscious legal solutions that support operational objectives.
