At Temple University Hospital, I oversee patient access operations across multiple outpatient departments, including registration compliance, work queues, denials, scheduling, and check-in workflows. I also manage schedules and coverage for 12 frontline staff.
At Bright Medical Technology, I grew the recurring tube-feeding patient base from 9 to 70 in approximately six months. I coordinated enteral discharges from referral and documentation review through authorization, equipment education, and supply delivery.
I also reviewed enteral prescriptions and supporting documentation, processed prior authorizations, and managed certificates of medical necessity and recertifications. I coordinated with providers and internal teams to resolve documentation discrepancies under Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer requirements.

I hold an MBA in Healthcare Management from Southern New Hampshire University and have completed coursework in nutrition support and data analytics.
