I’m looking for a role where I can turn complex requirements into customer-ready digital experiences—partnering with product, design, QA, and marketing—while using analytics to improve loyalty, engagement, and outcomes through clear communication and continuous process improvement.

I’m an Adoption Specialist who excels at translating complex requirements into seamless digital experiences—especially where websites, CMS adoption, marketing platforms, and loyalty programs need to come together. I’m known for analytical thinking, detail-driven execution, and guiding clients and teams through change with clarity and confidence.

In my current role with The C2 Group, I expanded from Business Analyst into demos, training, and product guidance. I validate and deliver high-quality, bug-free outputs while partnering closely across development, QA, and design to ensure client requirements become real, usable outcomes.

Before that, I built strong digital and marketing expertise at Meijer and across loyalty and promotional programs. From leading home delivery implementation with Shipt (serving as PO on an agile team) to executing test-and-learn programs and improving reporting standards, I consistently turned requirements into measurable customer engagement and incremental results.

I also bring business ownership experience from Ah Designs, where I manage the full lifecycle—website, ordering, marketing, customer service, finance, and shipping. Combined with my BBA background in Advertising, I bring both structured analysis and a practical, customer-focused mindset to every launch, optimization, and improvement.
