Recruitment & candidate experience specialist enabling AI-first, human-centred hiring.
What I'm looking for
I’m a Recruitment & Candidate Experience Specialist focused on AI-enabled hiring with a deeply human, evidence-based approach. In my recent role, I managed end-to-end sourcing, structured interviewing, assessment, onboarding, and decision-support evidence to help panels make confident, suitable choices.
I build trust across complex, high-compliance environments—screening candidates through in-depth interviews, producing clear, evidence-based reports, and maintaining accurate digital records using case management and CRM-style systems. I also coordinate compliance checks, safeguarding requirements, training preparation, and ongoing candidate support, while partnering with multi-agency stakeholders to clarify needs, manage risk, and support successful placements.
Before moving fully into recruitment, I worked as a Supervising Social Worker and Social Worker, including delivering therapeutic support and producing formal reports for sensitive casework. I’m now actively transitioning into an AI-enabled recruitment environment, combining my relationship-led practice with tools and automation (including “Elements of AI training”) to improve recruitment efficiency, reduce administrative burden, and enhance outcomes for candidates and hiring teams.
