What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a customer-facing or education support role where I can use my communication, classroom and caregiving skills in a collaborative team that values reliability, growth, and direct impact on people’s lives.

I am an outgoing, adaptable paraprofessional and customer-service professional with hands-on experience supporting students and serving customers across retail, care, and hospitality settings.

In my current role I support four students at a time, working in-class to help with missed work and maintain focus; I provide patient, attentive classroom support that helps teachers deliver lessons effectively.

I have also worked as a photographer, concierge, and customer service representative where I coordinated with teammates, handled detailed intake and booking processes (booking at least nine members weekly), and ensured positive experiences from first contact through service delivery.

I offer strong communication and public-speaking abilities, Microsoft Excel familiarity, caregiving and healthcare experience, and a dependable work ethic; I adapt quickly, learn fast, and take pride in completing tasks correctly the first time.
