What I'm looking for

I'm looking to create clear, engaging training and digital learning experiences that help learners build confidence and succeed in their roles.

At Cactus Day Camp, I design and lead training for 60+ seasonal employees and lifeguard certification programs for 20+ staff each summer. I create assessments, handbooks, SOPs, job aids, presentations, quizzes, and instructional videos while maintaining an approximately 98% certification completion rate.

I've also designed standards-aligned curriculum and online learning experiences at Sonoran Sky Elementary School. With backgrounds in education and psychology, I build clear, engaging digital learning materials that support different learners.
