What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a valuation role where I can lead complex engagements end-to-end, improve models and reporting efficiency, and apply private credit/private equity and tax/ESOP expertise while mentoring teams in a fast, dynamic environment.

I’m a CFA Charterholder valuation professional who leads complex business valuation engagements from initial scoping through final client presentation for estate & gift tax, transaction advisory, and ESOP purposes. I apply multiple valuation approaches—such as the capitalization of earnings method, direct market data method (comparable private market transactions), guideline public company method, and DCF—while producing detailed, well-supported reports incorporating discounts for lack of control, lack of marketability, and other idiosyncratic factors.

I’ve also built strong portfolio-valuation capabilities through private credit and private equity work, including bottom-up financial analysis, valuation modeling, and supported conclusions using inputs like credit agreements, covenant compliance certificates, internal projections, investment memos, and industry research. In my current role, I improve valuation models and processes for efficiency, and I supervise, train, and mentor junior staff while collaborating across audit teams and client-facing partners.
