I’m a senior real estate executive with deep expertise in traditional and net leased, single- and multi-tenant asset and portfolio management, dispositions, leasing, and value-add strategy. As Head of Asset Management and a member of the Investment Committee for a PERE portfolio, I helped scale AUM from approximately $2.5 billion to over $5 billion within 2 years.
I bring a track record of closing and growing large portfolios—successfully completing transactions totaling over 11 million square feet of leases and sales worth more than $2.1 billion for REITs, private equity, corporate, and high net worth clients.
