What I'm looking for

I'm open to travel and seek opportunities where I can manage commercial real estate loan portfolios, assess risk, support borrowers and servicers, and deliver clear financial reporting.

I've managed commercial real estate and multifamily loan portfolios at Finance of America and Wells Fargo, including oversight of 540 small-balance multifamily loans under Fannie Mae procedures. I monitor occupancy, expenses, cash flow, DSCR, delinquencies, maturities, payoffs, appraisals, inspections, and loan-default risk.

Across asset management, credit analysis, loan servicing, problem loans, tax, accounts receivable, and procurement, I've supported complex financial operations and client relationships. I bring experience with CMBS servicing, reserve disbursements, financial analysis, tax filings, collections, SAP, JDE, Salesforce, and Spanish-language domestic and international relations.
