I am a dedicated finance professional currently pursuing a Master of Science in Applied Quantitative Finance at the University of Denver, where I also earned my Bachelor of Science in Finance with a minor in Real Estate. My academic journey has equipped me with a strong foundation in financial analysis and strategic finance applications, achieving a GPA of 3.75.

In my current role as a Property Manager at Aspen CRE Management, I oversee the asset performance and full-cycle operations for four commercial properties. My responsibilities include managing financial reporting, cash flow analysis, and vendor management, all aimed at driving NOI growth and preserving asset quality. Previously, I worked as a Financial Analyst at Tributary Real Estate, where I supported deal execution through financial analysis and developed a financial model that enhanced our commercial lease valuation processes.
