I'm a Technical Consulting Engineer at Cisco, where I troubleshoot complex Authentication, Authorization, and Accounting (AAA) issues involving ISE software for clients.
I've supported Cisco security teams across VPNs, NextGen firewalls, Firepower, FTD, ASA, FMC, and ASDM, conducting root cause analysis, creating escalation requests, and partnering with Engineering on critical defects. I also monitored service-provider networks at Metronet and isolated customer issues across voice, video, and IP networks.
I hold a BS in Computer Science from East Carolina University and bring hands-on development experience building Android and Unity applications in Kotlin and C#.
