At Comcast, I supported network operations for multiple customers, configuring Cisco zone firewalls to separate internal, public DMZ, and guest traffic.
I also supported Versa SD-WAN across full-mesh and hub-and-spoke topologies, including installations with Advantech hardware using zero-touch provisioning. I used packet captures to troubleshoot connectivity issues.
At Cisco, I validated Cisco ACI fabrics, including application profiles, endpoint groups, and contracts, and used APIC, SNMP, and Syslog for monitoring.
Across roles at ATT, Factset Inc., and Kotak Mahindra, I configured and troubleshot Cisco switching and routing, investigated network issues with Wireshark and SolarWinds, and supported network operations. I hold a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification.
