I'm seeking a dynamic healthcare environment where I can use leadership, revenue cycle, training, and operational expertise to drive organizational growth, strengthen compliance, improve patient outcomes, and enhance financial performance.

I've led revenue cycle operations for Dental Care Alliance, overseeing a 27-person team supporting 400 offices across three divisions. I managed patient registration, billing, collections, accounts receivable, payer contracting, clean claims, compliance, and strategies to reduce denials and improve cash flow.

At Lone Peak Dental Group, I supported 77 office managers with accounts receivable training, practice management systems, clearinghouses, acquisitions, KPIs, and clean-claim processes. I partnered across departments and with third-party vendors to establish effective revenue cycle operations for newly acquired offices.

Across 25 years in healthcare, I've trained clinical and clerical teams, supported 400 practices and more than 2,000 doctors, managed CMS credentialing updates, and helped practices improve revenue, collections, patient communication, and operational performance.
