What I'm looking for

I am looking for a role that allows me to leverage my customer service skills while making a positive impact in a supportive and dynamic environment.

I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce at IIE Varsity College, where I am honing my skills in business and customer service. My journey has been enriched by diverse experiences, including a year-long stint in the United States as an au pair, which has given me a global perspective and adaptability in various environments.

Throughout my career, I have accumulated over 3000 hours of childcare experience, working with children under the age of twelve. My time in a creche and as an au pair has not only equipped me with essential life skills but has also deepened my understanding of different cultures. Additionally, my role as a support consultant at AAG allowed me to develop strong communication and problem-solving skills in a call center environment, where I managed both inbound and outbound calls.
