What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead practical AI transformation into production—redesigning workflows, building durable adoption, training teams, and demonstrating finance-defensible capacity and ROI.

I've led AI transformation at Hope Arising across 11 countries and four continents, creating an estimated $1M in operating capacity with zero new hires. I built production AI agents, trained leaders across Kenya, Ethiopia, Liberia, Zimbabwe, and the US, and completed a documented handoff of 13 functions to eight owners.

Through Panticorn, I run daily agentic workflows across Anthropic, OpenAI, Gemini, Midjourney, NotebookLM, Perplexity, Grok, DeepSeek, and ElevenLabs. I created the Magnifier Method—a repeatable approach to organizational AI adoption—and build board-facing ROI analysis, AI training programs, and operating systems that teams can sustain.

I've also founded and led Neureal and CO.CO, securing a $200M sovereign MOU, raising angel and seed funding, and overseeing distributed technical teams. Alongside my consulting work, I teach technology bootcamps at Caltech CTME and have authored or ghostwritten more than 100 books.
