What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead AI strategy and transformation with a focus on responsible adoption—governed evaluation, model validation, and real-world validation—while aligning teams and partners to deliver measurable ROI across connected operations, healthcare, and security.

I’m an AI Strategy & Transformation leader with 15+ years directing applied-AI research, emerging-technology adoption, and cross-sector partnerships across connected systems, industrial operations, healthcare, and cybersecurity. With doctoral-level depth in machine-learning optimization for IoT and resource-constrained systems, I translate AI opportunities into governed evaluation, real-world validation, and adoption pathways.

I direct funded AI/ML portfolios ($500K–$1M) and teams of 7–10 researchers, and I specialize in responsible-AI delivery—model validation, documentation, and reproducibility—so technical work earns confidence in research-to-application decisions. As Director, Research & Education at Wabash Heartland Innovation Network, I managed a 10-county Living Lab spanning 68 farms and 38 manufacturers, driving stage-gated pilots and translating operational needs into scoped use cases and scale-readiness assessments.

I’ve led research partnerships and product-minded validation through NSERC-funded applied-AI work at the Center for Applied Intelligence & Operations Research and venture-focused connected-security R&D at NXM Labs Inc., enabling prototype-stage responsible adoption for authentication and identity-risk evaluation, including quantum-resilient methods. I’m also a co-inventor on two U.S. patents in identity assurance and quantum-resilient encryption (2022), and I bring that same disciplined, adoption-first mindset to executive advisory and program governance.
