What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a client-facing operations or project management role where I can improve workflows, coordinate deadlines, support billing accuracy, and help teams deliver reliable service.

I manage invoicing operations for 20+ client accounts, processing 5–10 invoices daily across monthly, biweekly, quarterly, and semi-annual billing cycles.

I lead a five-member invoicing team, reconcile data, resolve billing discrepancies with clients and internal stakeholders, and coordinate projects, deadlines, and deliverables. I also created standardized communication templates, documented client-specific processes, and trained four new hires.
