At Instawork, I manage high-volume financial operations across cash management, payment processing, reconciliations, billing, and customer support.
I process approximately $4.5M in ACH, $2M in virtual card, and $1M in check payments each week. I also own cash management and reconciliations across four subsidiaries, including Hyperwallet and Stripe.
I support month-end close, audit preparation, fixed assets, prepaid reconciliations, credit memos, and partner tips while meeting strict processing deadlines. I work closely with Finance, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to resolve complex billing and payment issues.
Across more than 10 years in accounting and operations, I’ve supported U.S. technology companies through accounts receivable, accounts payable, cash applications, and financial process improvement.
