I’m looking to grow in real estate transaction coordination where accuracy, compliance, and on-time closings matter and where I can partner closely with agents, lenders, and title teams to deliver a seamless client experience.

I’m a detail-oriented real estate transaction professional with 3+ years of experience managing residential and commercial transactions from contract to close. I coordinate deals end-to-end, keeping compliance and document accuracy at the center of every file. I’m especially proud of coordinating 159 transactions totaling more than $40 million in sales volume while ensuring timely closings.

In my current role as Owner & Transaction Coordinator at The Home Fairy, LLC, I serve as the primary point of contact between agents, lenders, title companies, attorneys, inspectors, and clients. I review contracts, disclosures, closing documents, and transaction files to confirm completeness and compliance. I also track critical deadlines, contingencies, and documentation requirements across multiple active deals to prevent delays.

To keep transactions moving, I collaborate with all parties to address title, financing, inspection, and documentation issues early. I maintain organized transaction records and support agents through every phase of the transaction lifecycle. My approach is practical and client-focused: clear communication, consistent follow-up, and a seamless closing experience.

Before transaction coordination, I built strong deal and client fundamentals as a Real Estate Agent and a Leasing Specialist. I gained hands-on experience reviewing real estate documents, assisting buyers and sellers, processing lease agreements and renewals, and verifying documentation for accuracy. Even earlier, my customer service and administrative experience (including data analysis, invoicing/business documentation, emails, and cold calls) helped me develop a dependable, responsive communication style.
