I’m a results-driven Operations Supervisor with over 10 years of experience across logistics, port operations, and procurement systems. I bring a highly organized, detail-focused approach that keeps vessel operations, cargo handling, and documentation running smoothly in fast-paced environments.

In my current role in Container Yard Operations, I process vessel applications through iPort (including NOA/ABA submissions), monitor vessel status at berth, and provide real-time operational updates. I supervise loading/discharging based on stowage plans, prepare and validate Vessel Activity Reports (VAR) and cargo documentation, and coordinate closely with terminal teams, clients, and internal stakeholders to support efficient operations.

Previously at Globalport Zamboanga Terminal Inc., I managed vessel applications and prepared Vessel of Commitment (VOC), created daily pre- and post-berthing summaries, allocation plans, and berth maps, and maintained operational databases for visibility and decision-making. I also tracked vessel movements, supported berthing coordination with PPA and shipping lines, and updated the GTOS system for monitoring and documentation; I handled RMES and CMER reporting as well.

My foundation started with procurement and system work as an E-Procurement Analyst and IT Service Desk Agent, where I supported e-procurement users, managed item coding and catalogue systems, maintained approval workflows, and supported supplier onboarding. This mix of operations execution and system-level support helps me solve problems quickly, communicate clearly, and lead teams effectively.
