I’m drawn to fast-moving environments where I can connect dots, turn ambiguity into infrastructure, and support people with great systems. Bonus points if it involves civic impact, the arts, or design.

At Corcoran Icon Properties, I launched the technology function for a statewide real estate brokerage and built infrastructure for its agents and staff. I oversee analytics and KPI reporting, and doubled adoption of the core CRM, RealScout, through data-driven engagement.

I lead a remote-first technology team and maintain a 98.7% satisfaction score through strategic support operations. My work connects platform adoption with the support systems people need.

At Corcoran Global Living, I directed technology operations during 10x growth, regional expansion, and M&A cycles. I developed onboarding and provisioning systems and turned platform usage data into enablement and training.
