I'm looking to lead enterprise portfolio governance, strategic delivery, operating-model improvement, and technology investment accountability in a complex, regulated environment.

At Carrington Mortgage Holdings, I directed application support and service delivery for 40+ regulated financial-services applications, managing a roughly $50M technology budget and enterprise PMO governance from demand intake through releases and continuous improvement.
