What I'm looking for
I’ve built my career in bank operations and accounting, most recently as an Officer, Bank Operations Accounting at Raymond James. I monitor and reconcile Bank GL (General Ledger) accounts daily, review and rectify transactional posting rejects to client SBL (Securities Based Lending) accounts, and make final decisions on client check reviews while partnering closely with the Fraud/Anti-Money Laundering Team when needed.
Before that, I served as an Operations Management Specialist overseeing daily functions of the ACH, Cash Control, and Credit teams, acting as the first point of contact for escalation/exception calls. I also led coaching and performance review through monthly one-on-one meetings, evaluated associate phone calls, managed payroll approval, ensured proper coverage through calendars and schedules, and supported hiring by conducting interviews and training/mentoring new associates. I’ve consistently driven automation efforts and helped create and maintain an extensive department training guide.

Reviewed client check decisions and coordinated with Fraud/Anti-Money Laundering teams as needed while supporting departmental automation efforts.
