I’m looking for a role where I can own business systems products, improve identity/access and workflow automation, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable platform support in an environment that values continuous optimization.

I’m a Senior Business Systems Analyst and product owner, partnering with teams to deliver production-ready solutions across cloud platforms. I’ve owned product capabilities for Box cloud storage and collaboration, including external user access management and external user identity management.

Across my previous systems analyst roles, I supported and improved major healthcare and enterprise platforms through training, maintenance, upgrades, and onboarding. I’ve also contributed to workflow and service delivery work for applications hosted on Pega and ServiceNow, while helping organizations move toward paperless and virtual processes.
