I’ve spent 11 years transforming operational data into business insights, building executive reporting and KPI dashboards that help ownership and senior leadership make smarter strategic and operational decisions.

At Bright Side Dental, I anticipate what leadership needs, then dig beyond requested metrics to surface meaningful operational information. I analyze workflows to identify improvement opportunities, document them in ~100 SOPs and workflow guides, and support change through training and adoption across eight operational functions and nine office locations.

I also serve as the subject-matter expert for Dentrix Ascend, supporting reporting, workflow optimization, troubleshooting, and adoption. I’ve supported CRM and scheduling implementations and tech rollouts through analysis, testing, documentation, employee training, and vendor coordination, while independently researching unfamiliar technologies to minimize disruption.
