At ME Informática, on the Secretaria da Saúde do Estado do RS contract, I implemented GLPI, migrated the database, and created the service catalog. I also managed technical documentation and continuous improvement across service desk, network, and telephony processes.
Previously, I coordinated operations for contracts with Defensoria Pública do RS, IRGA, and PROCERGS, leading multidisciplinary teams and coordinating infrastructure operations, service incidents, and technology projects. My experience also includes supervising IT services and 24x7 monitoring for Banco Banrisul, and managing technology services for Infraero and Caixa Econômica Federal.
