What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can drive manufacturing excellence—standardized work, lean practices, and operational KPIs—while coordinating cross-functional teams and using data tools like SAP/Power BI to improve efficiency and traceability.

I’m a Chemical Engineering student with hands-on experience in manufacturing excellence, production coordination, and process optimization in multinational environments. I focus on standardizing operations, improving efficiency, and supporting production readiness across departments.

At Givaudan, I coordinate cross-functional operations across production, supply chain, EHS, and quality, working through areas like Liquids, Powders, Spray Dry, Emulsions, and Warehouse. I support production assessments aligned with corporate excellence standards (GPS), lead implementation of standardized work cycles, and manage digital operational tools (POKA) to improve traceability and real-time visibility.

I’ve also driven process improvements in commercial operations as a Sales & Commercial Process Analyst at ESAB Argentina, including reducing CRM response time by 48 hours through automation and workflow redesign. I perform data-driven decision support using KPI analysis, forecasting, and reporting with SAP and Power BI, and I bring that same execution mindset to operational excellence and cross-functional collaboration.
