I’m looking forward to challenging assignments in HR Payroll Management, Accounts, and Taxation—where I can deliver accurate payroll, compliant ETDS/PF/ESI, error-free MIS/JV reporting, and support clients with reliable, team-driven execution.

I’m a Payroll/Taxation/Accounts professional with 13+ years of experience in HR Payroll Management, Accounts, and Taxation. I bring in-depth knowledge of accounting principles, tax policies, and tax procedures, with a strong focus on accuracy and error-free outputs.

In my current role at Pay Asia Management acquired by Deel.in (working since August 2019, work from home), I lead payroll end-to-end for around 30 clients. I handle quality checking for 5,000+ headcount employees for sensitive clients, and I also manage day-to-day activities for a team of 7 members.

My monthly ownership includes quality checking of MIS reports, JV, team trackers, payroll output, reimbursement year-end activities, and statutory compliance month on month. I manage ETDS quarterly filing (92B) and issue Form 16, with excellent knowledge of ETDS correction through E-traces login, including ESI no. mapping and PF UAN generation for new joiners.

I’ve also built a track record across previous roles as a senior executive and payroll executive, including processing payroll data, coordinating quality checks, and handling backend activities in Hewitt Pay (SAP based), Power Pay, SAAS Module, Formula HR, and Greytip Software. I’m motivated by challenging assignments and take pride in maintaining compliant, well-documented payroll and accounts processes—supported by awards like “best team player” at AON Hewitt and Harpanana Award for best team player at Ascent HR.
