I’m seeking full-time or flexible remote roles (10+ hrs/week) where I can improve business operations and finance—streamlining processes, setting KPIs, strengthening compliance and documentation quality, and reporting clearly to senior stakeholders.

I’m a business operations and finance professional with 15+ years’ experience across banking, consulting, and corporate finance, focused on process improvement, project management, financial administration, and quality/compliance auditing. I build operating functions from the ground up, streamline workflows, and translate findings into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.

In my current role as Finance & Operations Manager, I analyze finance and operations processes to improve data transparency, lead cross-department projects to re-engineer procurement and vendor evaluation, and implement cost-management and budget-allocation procedures aligned to compliance standards. Previously, I built and scaled a treasury sales operating function from $15M to $22.5M (50% growth), and led a process re-engineering effort that cut turnaround times by over 80%.

I’m comfortable working independently in fully remote, cross-functional environments across time zones. I evaluate documentation and business processes against defined standards, set up KPI performance tracking and reporting, and use tools across MS Office, Google Workspace, and AI productivity (ChatGPT, Claude) to drive continuous improvement.
