I have led day-to-day operations, implemented SOPs, and driven improvements in turnaround time, capacity utilization and cost control.

In prior roles I managed cash operations in banking—forecasting liquidity, overseeing vault/ATM replenishment, and enforcing strong controls—and later led customer service and operations teams, delivering measurable efficiency and quality gains. I apply data-driven decision making, process design, and frameworks such as Lean/Six Sigma to reduce costs and improve service delivery.
