What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead facilities, maintenance, capital renewal, and asset-planning work in a complex multi-site environment where I can improve reliability, safety, service delivery, and long-term operational performance.

At Glenlyon Norfolk School, I lead facilities across a multi-campus portfolio of academic buildings, heritage properties, student residences, grounds, and supporting infrastructure. I oversee maintenance priorities, building systems, life-safety compliance, contractors, and capital renewal from scope development through commissioning and closeout.

Previously, I led maintenance and technical operations at HAVN Saunas, managed multi-site residential and commercial properties at Fort Properties, and supported hospitality facilities and redevelopment at Avonos Hotels. I build preventative maintenance programs, improve CMMS-based planning and asset information, manage budgets and vendors, and keep complex facilities reliable, safe, and operationally ready.
