What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead maintenance, facilities, infrastructure, or engineering projects where I can improve asset reliability, coordinate stakeholders, maintain safety compliance, and strengthen operational performance.

I'm leading maintenance and grounds for the Engineering Department at Fairmont Royal Pavilion Hotel, delivering reactive and proactive support for operational equipment and hotel infrastructure. I manage planned maintenance, lifecycle deficiencies, capital budgets, risk assessments, KPIs, and health, safety, and environmental compliance.

Previously, I inspected municipal road and winter-maintenance projects for the City of Vaughan and drafted MEP systems for commercial and residential projects at Mid Ocean MEP using AutoCAD and Revit. My Civil Engineering Technology background combines construction coordination, site inspections, BIM documentation, stakeholder communication, and asset maintenance.
