I’m an environmental professional with over 6 years of experience completing over 500 Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, environmental reports, limited compliance reviews, and soil and groundwater analyses. I focus on producing high quality, defensible deliverables backed by strong technical judgment and clear writing.
In my current role, I conduct and complete Phase I Environmental Site Assessments and Environmental Transaction Screens across Texas and the nation. I also review Phase I reports as the Environmental Professional, manage a team through the environmental due diligence process, and support clients with environmental matters.
Previously, I worked as a Compliance Specialist - Due Diligence performing Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, Desktop Reviews, Environmental Compliance Reviews, and EH&S Reviews nationwide and within Canada for commercial and industrial properties.
