At GrantWorks Inc., I managed NEPA environmental reviews and HUD Environmental Review Records for CDBG-DR and CDBG-MIT projects. I determined appropriate levels of review, including Categorical Exclusions and Environmental Assessments, and coordinated consultations with agencies including the Texas General Land Office and U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service.
At Hydrex Environmental, I conducted wetland and WOTUS delineations and supported permitting, habitat assessments, and NEPA documentation for projects across Texas and Louisiana. My work has also included environmental compliance inspections and sampling at Georgia-Pacific, along with wet-chemistry analyses and field monitoring at Angelina & Neches River Authority.
