As a Principal Technical Leader, I perform senior project management activities, oversee subsurface investigations for client projects, and collaborate closely with senior staff to meet project objectives. My work focuses on complex investigation and remediation projects, including vapor intrusion and emerging contaminants, while ensuring project safety, quality, and integrity.

I am responsible for business development, client management, and project management, working with the team to advance the business in the San Francisco Bay Area and Northern California. I prepare proposals and cost estimates for projects, serving as the primary client contact for all projects.

As the Northern California Environmental Remediation Lead, I oversee and advance environmental remediation and investigation efforts, offering clients a reliable approach to managing environmental liabilities. I drive business development for private sector clients and consult on projects involving multiple environmental agencies.

As Principal and Operations Director, I managed CEA operations in Northern California, overseeing approximately 15 environmental professionals and an annual budget approaching $3 million. My duties included personnel management, ensuring client satisfaction, and leading sales programs to develop new markets and clients.

As Branch Manager, I oversaw Northern California operations, including offices in San Ramon and Sacramento, managing 14 environmental professionals across due diligence, subsurface work, and building sciences departments. I managed the office P&L, prepared budgets, and expanded ATC's services, including subsurface investigations and vapor intrusion capabilities.

As Program Manager, I worked directly with senior leadership on implementing company-wide procedures and standards across 11 offices, preparing work scopes and cost estimates totaling $18 million for national assessment and remediation projects. I also served as Senior Project Manager for major clients and mentored new staff.

As Program Manager and Senior Geologist, I coordinated, tracked, and evaluated environmental data for a $3.2 million annual portfolio of environmental cases with ExxonMobil, achieving regulatory case closure for 22 sites and significant cost savings. I managed, trained, and supervised an 8-person team and reported directly to the Board of Directors.

As Project Geologist, I performed Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments, Underground Storage Tank removals, and groundwater monitoring. I also conducted geotechnical sampling for landfill gas flares and actively engaged in client acquisition and relationship management.

As Project Geologist, I performed Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments, Underground Storage Tank removals, and excavation projects for sites impacted with MTBE, hydrocarbons, and solvents. I proactively sought new clients through cold calling and personal interaction.
