Previously at Logenix Logistic (I) Pvt. Ltd., I managed PAN-India HR and administrative operations, including payroll, benefits, statutory filings, vendor management, employee relations, and HR MIS reporting.

My compliance foundation was built at Talent Pro India HR Pvt. Ltd., where I managed PF, ESIC, ECR submissions, payroll, TDS, Bonus, LWF, labour-law returns, audits, and statutory documentation. At Denasa Buildcon and R-Vidhi HR & Legal Services Pvt. Ltd., I also supported labour registrations, recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, and separation processes.

I bring over eight years of experience helping organizations run accurate, compliant, employee-focused HR operations through practical policy implementation, data-driven reporting, and responsive employee support.
