I am a fitness and nutrition specialist with a Distinction MSc in Sport, Health and Exercise Science and a BSc (Hons) in Sport and Exercise Science. I combine advanced, evidence-based knowledge with hands-on experience delivering bespoke solutions for creators and coaches to scale their businesses.

At MacroActive I provided expert-level technical and science-backed guidance across simple and complex queries, developed internal frameworks and a self-serve education model, and created a personal testing process to validate custom setups—raising quality and reliability.

I partner cross-functionally with developers, onboarding, sales and creator success teams, train and mentor staff and creators, and help define product strategy for custom nutrition delivery, enabling new product tiers and scalable high-ticket offerings.
