I'm currently labeling and annotating data for Scale AI, supporting AI training work with data labeling and annotation.

Previously, I supported life insurance and annuity customers at Horace Mann Insurance through phone, email, and chat. I handled data entry, payments, enrollments, leads, CRM activity, and document management.

At Transitions Group, I was promoted from the Service Team to Client Liaison. I coordinated property setup, tracked remote-office activity and inventory, managed budgets and returns, and built relationships with properties, providers, vendors, and regional offices.

Across client service, contact center, administrative, and housekeeping roles, I've earned raises, bonuses, and Rookie of the Year recognition for learning quickly, contributing as a team player, maintaining a positive attitude, and improving people, processes, or technology around me.
