What I'm looking for

I am seeking editorial roles that leverage my journal operations, digital migration, and metadata skills in collaborative, Open Access-focused teams with opportunities for cross-functional impact and process improvement.

I am an editorial professional based in Mannheim with a Master of Arts in English and multiple years of experience in American academic and trade publishing. I have managed publication cycles and digital migrations for journals such as Assay, Sequoya Review, and River Teeth.

I led Assay's migration from WordPress to Substack and developed a cross-departmental Airtable data organization system at Earlham College, demonstrating technical fluency in databases and metadata management. I design efficient workflows and implement systems that protect data integrity and improve editorial operations.

My roles as Graduate Assistant, Managing Editor, and Social Media Editor have trained me to bridge authors, senior editors, and production teams, and to oversee peer-review tracking and professional communications.
