I seek a long-term remote role supporting international clients where I can apply security, operations and client-success expertise, improve processes with digital tools, and grow in a collaborative, outcomes-driven team.

I am a client-focused Operations and Security Manager with over 22 years' experience managing high-pressure customer situations, incident resolution and day-to-day operations for residential and multi-site environments. For more than a decade I served as Security Risk Manager for a large residential estate, coordinating residents, management, contractors, SAPS and security providers while designing digital tools (HTML/PHP/MySQL) and using AI to improve reporting and workflows.

I drive process improvements through SOPs, checklists and an online occurrence book, supervise teams, lead investigations and ensure contractor and OHS compliance as a appointed Section 16(2) Health & Safety Responsible Person. I am seeking a long-term remote role such as Client Success Manager, Account Manager or Senior Customer Support Specialist supporting international clients.
