At iGuardSA, I lead a cross-functional Security Operations Centre team delivering 24/7 managed security services across multiple customer environments. I reduced average incident response time by 15% through workflow automation and SOP optimisation.

I co-designed and implemented an end-to-end customer onboarding framework with Project Management and Sales, improving readiness and accelerating service activation. I also manage KPI dashboards, SLA performance, customer reporting, critical incident escalations, and team development plans.

Previously as a Process Engineer at iGuardSA, I mapped and improved business processes, automated reporting to save 10 hours weekly, and coordinated ransomware containment and restoration for GPAA. My work connects operational process design with SOC service delivery, governance, and customer outcomes.

I bring hands-on cybersecurity operations experience from L1 SOC analysis, IT support, and cyber security training. I enjoy working where business and technology meet, collaborating across Engineering, DevOps, Product, and Project Management to continuously improve secure services.
