What I'm looking for

I am seeking a leadership role in security operations to strengthen compliance (PCI/ISO), integrate physical and cyber security, mentor teams, improve incident response and training, and drive continuous improvement in a collaborative organization.

I am a security manager with 24 years of hands‑on experience protecting high‑value facilities and managing security teams.

Throughout my career I have led campus and data‑centre security operations, managed security contracts, and overseen managed security services, including PCI‑CP and PCI‑DSS compliance. I maintain practical expertise in ISO/IEC 27001:2022, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and root cause analysis.

My strengths include perimeter and access control design, CCTV and surveillance operations, incident response, and asset protection. I consistently set clear performance expectations and coach teams to deliver reliable results under pressure.

I seek roles that let me integrate physical and cyber security, improve training and awareness, and strengthen risk and compliance programs.
