What I'm looking for
I’m an IT service desk analyst with hands-on experience delivering 1st-line support in a fast-paced, security-conscious financial services environment. I resolve incidents and service requests end-to-end using Jira, triaging and prioritising to meet SLA expectations and keep deal teams moving.
I’m especially confident in Microsoft 365 and identity administration, including Azure AD/Entra ID, Exchange Admin Centre, user/mailbox permissions, and MFA (Microsoft Authenticator and Windows Hello for Business). I also support secure device onboarding and lifecycle management—provisioning and imaging Windows laptops with Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and PowerShell, enrolling iOS via MDM, monitoring compliance in Intune, and supporting remote connectivity (Global Secure Access after Cisco AnyConnect). Alongside my Level 3 ICT Apprenticeship (Digital Support Technician), I’m actively building a cyber security specialism through hands-on study and CompTIA Security+, and I bring structured troubleshooting, clear stakeholder communication, and calm pressure handling to every support interaction.
