J Ayah Sajulga

As an Independent Brand Partner & Retail Business Owner, I manage online store operations, customer inquiries, and chat-based lead generation. I set up messaging flows that converted automated inquiries and cold leads into active buyers.

I managed monthly content calendars, created graphics in Canva, and scheduled short-form video strategies for Reels and TikTok. I also maintained store layouts, product listings, pricing, and inventory.

I implemented chat flows through Messenger and Instagram DMs that reduced response times by half. I also handled customer service, order tracking, transactions, and shipping logistics.

As a volunteer, I supported a local faith community and youth cell groups with digital announcements, layouts, and event tracking. I approach virtual assistance as a collaborative partnership and hope to serve faith-based groups and communities in need.
